この本で伝えたいのは「そうじ力」。「そうじ力」は掃除とはまったく違うものというまえがきでスタートする。
「そうじ力」とは、掃除による力と心の力を合わせて、プラスエネルギーのスパイラルを起こす磁場空間をつくる力だという。

第１章 成功が成功を呼ぶスパイラル
・「そうじ力」による成功は、自分も他人も幸福になり、成功が広がるというもの。成功が成功を呼び、スパイラルに飲み込まれるかのように、どんどん成功が止まらない様をいう。

・「捨てる」とは、どのような自分になりたいかという未来の自分に不必要なものを捨てること。

この本を読む前は、正直「そうじ力」って何？なんでこんな本が売れているんだろう？という気持ちであった。
でも、本を読むにつれ、単に「掃除」をすればよいのではなく、それを通して自分の心と向き合うということの大切さを感じることができた。
先日、紹介した『鏡の法則』であっても同じ。いまの自分に起きている問題は、決して他人のせいではなく、原因は自分にあるのだと認めることが大事。
そういった環境においてくれるのが「そうじ力」の実践なのだと思う。
後日、紹介するが先日『子供が輝く魔法の掃除』という本を読んだ。こちらでは、子供たち自身が自分をみつめていく「自問教育」とうい切り口で掃除が取り上げられている。
気持ちを鎮めて掃除をすれば、①部屋がきれいになる、②自分に向き合えるという２つの効果がある。
少しずつでいいから、そういった時間を定期的にとるようにしていこう。
