どうやら「すごい会議」という本の続編の模様。グロービスでも人気講師である松林さんが翻訳している。
われわれが普通に行っている行動を「ふつうのOS」とたとえ、新たな「すごいOS」という考え方、行動についてポイントをまとめて勧めている本。
第１章 [OS]あなたはどんな「言葉」を使ってますか
・日常使っている「言葉」に意識を向け、日常の行動を変化させる！
・「書き出す」という行為は、人生を変える力を持っている！
第２章 [言葉]未来語を使って可能性を語ろう
・自分の価値観が反映された、様々な可能性を見出す「未来語」を使う
・「結果」と「成果」は違う。「成果」の世界では、ほとんど無限ともいえる表現が可能になる！
第３章 [雰囲気]「何」を「どのように」話すかを意識する
・「雰囲気」が将来を形作るといっても過言ではない。それは意識的な行動によって変えられる！
・能動的な聞き方は、相手の行動や脳録を変えてしまう！
第４章 [目標]「～しよう」ではなく、「～する」と宣言する
・他人に表明することに忌みがある。「～する」と表明し、自分の未来に責任を持つ！

【感想＆気づき】
すみません。全体を通して、刺激を受けたポイントがあったこと、章だての流れから本のイメージがつきやすい
ことから、沢山打ってしまいました。
この本は、全体を通して、頭の考え方、発想方法を変えることによって、可能性が生まれ、それがまたよい
サイクルを生み出すための秘訣が散りばめられています。
それぞれの章で、今の自分が出来ているかなあと考えながら読んでいると、まだまだ自分が変われる可能性、
変わらなきゃいけない必要性を痛感しました。
とてもわかりやすい言葉で、日常の仕事を思い浮かべながら読めるので、気楽に手にとれる本だと思います。
いやあ、ここまで刺激を受ける本は、久しぶりです。
先日、「すごい会議」という著者の前作も購入しました。
あとは、読むだけでなく、少しずつ日々実践です。
